Terms for using the Mawatrix marketplace

These Terms govern Mawatrix services. By creating an account, publishing a listing, or purchasing a digital benefit, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy. Browsing without an account remains subject to the sections that apply to visitors.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to use the relevant feature and enter the transaction you arrange. A person who lacks that capacity may use Mawatrix only with a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and notify Mawatrix promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by Mawatrix’s failure to use reasonable security.

2. Mawatrix is a listing marketplace

Mawatrix helps buyers discover and contact independent sellers. Mawatrix is not the buyer, seller, dealer, broker, inspector, insurer, lender, payment escrow, registration authority, or party to a vehicle or plate transaction. We do not guarantee identity, ownership, roadworthiness, legality, price, condition, availability, or completion of a physical sale.

Buyers and sellers must perform their own checks, use lawful documentation, comply with Bahrain registration and transfer requirements, and decide whether a transaction is appropriate. Physical vehicle and plate payments are arranged outside Mawatrix.

3. Listings and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mawatrix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, translate, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the marketplace while the content is active or reasonably needed for moderation and legal records.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with the Community Guidelines. Public listings normally expire after 30 days unless a valid feature extends their placement. Mawatrix can remove or restrict content and accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

4. Coins, AI credits, VIP, and urgent placement

Digital coins, AI credits, VIP placement, and urgent placement are digital benefits used only inside Mawatrix. Purchases in the iPhone app are processed by Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s billing, refund, and family-sharing rules. Prices shown by the App Store purchase sheet are controlling.

• Consumable benefits have no cash value, are not a deposit, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for a vehicle, plate, or money except where law requires.
• A completed charge must deliver only the product shown in the Apple purchase sheet. Mawatrix does not guarantee a number of views, contacts, offers, or a completed sale.
• VIP and urgent placement affect presentation for the stated period; they do not endorse the listing or seller.
• Apple handles payment credentials and refund requests. Contact Mawatrix if Apple shows a completed purchase but the benefit is not delivered.
• Coins or rewards obtained through fraud, duplicate fulfilment, technical abuse, or referral manipulation may be corrected or reversed.

5. AI, translation, and currency tools

AI assistance is optional and requires the disclosure and consent described in the Privacy Policy. Generated answers, listing drafts, and translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review them before publishing or making a decision. The seller’s original text remains the authoritative statement and the seller remains responsible for it.

Currency conversions use reference exchange rates for convenience. They can be delayed, rounded, or differ from bank, card, cash, and money-exchange rates and fees. They are not a binding quote or financial advice. The listing’s original currency and amount control.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or breach the Community Guidelines;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass access, purchase, moderation, rate-limit, or security controls;
• misrepresent identity, ownership, price, condition, engagement, referral activity, or payment status;
• use automated accounts or content to spam, manipulate ranking, or collect user information without permission; or
• use Mawatrix content or AI output to train another model or build a competing dataset unless Mawatrix and the affected rights holders authorize it.

7. Mawatrix intellectual property

Mawatrix software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership. The iOS app license is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Mawatrix reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, limits, ranking, and supported locations may change for safety, legal, technical, or product reasons. We will not remove a paid, unconsumed benefit merely to avoid providing it; material purchase changes will be handled consistently with Apple rules and applicable law.

9. Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mawatrix is provided “as is” and without implied guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Mawatrix is not responsible for a user’s listing, conduct, external contact, inspection, payment, or physical transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

10. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Mawatrix and delete your account in the app. Mawatrix may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, or attacks on the service. Sections that by nature must survive—such as purchase records, licenses needed for retained moderation evidence, responsibility, disputes, and legal compliance—remain effective after termination. Privacy handling follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Law, disputes, and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Bahrain, without removing consumer rights that cannot be waived. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Material changes will update the effective date and, when appropriate, be communicated in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
