These rules apply to listings, seller profiles, photos, descriptions, reports, and other content submitted to Mawatrix. They exist to help real buyers find truthful adverts from real sellers.

1. Post only genuine, lawful adverts

• Advertise only a vehicle or vehicle number plate you own or are authorized to sell.
• Use current photos of the actual item. Clearly identify illustrative or historical photos.
• Give a truthful price, condition, mileage, year, accident history, ownership status, and material defects.
• Use the correct category and location. One item should not be duplicated across multiple listings.
• Keep contact details valid and mark the listing sold or remove it promptly when unavailable.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not post or engage in:

• Stolen property, forged documents, cloned plates, illegal modifications, or any unlawful transaction.
• Fraud, phishing, false identity, fake payment evidence, advance-fee schemes, or requests for passwords and verification codes.
• Misleading pricing, hidden mandatory charges, bait-and-switch adverts, or intentionally false vehicle details.
• Spam, repetitive adverts, keyword stuffing, manipulated engagement, referral abuse, or attempts to evade purchase and coin controls.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual content, graphic violence, or content that exploits or endangers a child.
• Private information belonging to another person, including identity documents, financial information, or a phone number published without authority.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Malware, suspicious links, off-platform payment traps, or instructions that help a person break the law.

3. Buyer and seller safety

• Meet in a safe public location and, when appropriate, bring another person.
• Inspect the item and verify registration, chassis or plate records, ownership, and the seller’s identity through the appropriate Bahrain authorities.
• Use a traceable payment method only after verification. Do not share one-time passwords, account codes, or copies of identity documents through an untrusted contact.
• Stop contact and report the listing if the seller changes the story, refuses inspection, pressures for immediate payment, or offers an implausible price.

4. Report and hide

Use Report listing on the listing page for suspected fraud, prohibited content, incorrect information, or harassment. Include only the details needed for review. Use Hide seller to remove that seller’s adverts from your experience. Hiding is personal; reporting sends the matter to Mawatrix for moderation.

If an issue involves immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first. For a report you cannot submit in the app, email mawatrix.bh@gmail.com with the listing link or ID. We prioritize credible safety and fraud reports and aim to triage urgent reports within 24 hours.

5. Review and enforcement

Mawatrix may use automated checks and human review. Depending on context, history, severity, and applicable law, we may ask for a correction, reduce distribution, remove content, reverse an improperly obtained benefit, restrict features, suspend or delete an account, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with authorities. No user is entitled to a particular ranking, VIP result, or audience.

We try to apply these rules consistently, but moderation can make mistakes. To request review of an enforcement decision, email us from the account’s registered address with the listing or report ID and a concise explanation.

6. AI-assisted content and translations

The seller remains responsible for every listing, including text drafted or translated by AI. Review names, prices, measurements, condition, and claims before publishing. A translation is provided for convenience; when meaning differs, consult the original listing and confirm details directly with the seller.
