حذف بياناتك

يمكنك أن تطلب من اوردرات حذف بياناتك في أي وقت. نحذفها خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك ذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

إذا كنت صاحب نشاط تجاري يستخدم اوردرات

1. راسلنا على alishehab.tech@gmail.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في حسابك، بعنوان "حذف بياناتي في اوردرات".
2. وضّح هل تريد حذف الحساب بالكامل، أو بيانات واتساب أو إنستغرام المرتبطة فقط.
3. نحذف حسابك وطلباتك ومنتجاتك ورسائلك ولقطات الشاشة والرسائل الصوتية خلال 30 يوماً، ونراسلك عند الانتهاء.

يمكنك قبل الحذف أن تطلب نسخة من طلباتك.

لإيقاف استقبال الرسائل الجديدة من واتساب أو إنستغرام

• واتساب: من إعدادات أعمالك في Meta، أزل اوردرات من التطبيقات المرتبطة بحساب واتساب للأعمال.
• إنستغرام: من تطبيق إنستغرام، افتح الإعدادات والنشاط، ثم أذونات المواقع، ثم التطبيقات والمواقع، وأزل اوردرات.
• تسجيل الدخول عبر فيسبوك: من فيسبوك، افتح الإعدادات والخصوصية، ثم الإعدادات، ثم عمليات تكامل الأعمال، وأزل اوردرات.

إزالة الوصول توقف الرسائل الجديدة، لكنها لا تحذف البيانات المحفوظة لدينا. راسلنا لحذفها.

إذا راسلت نشاطاً تجارياً يستخدم اوردرات

1. راسلنا على alishehab.tech@gmail.com بعنوان "حذف بياناتي في اوردرات".
2. اذكر رقم واتساب أو اسم المستخدم في إنستغرام، واسم النشاط التجاري الذي راسلته.
3. نحذف رسائلك وتفاصيل طلباتك من اوردرات خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، ونبلغ النشاط التجاري بذلك لأنه قد يحتفظ بسجلاته الخاصة.

ويمكنك أيضاً التواصل مع النشاط التجاري مباشرة.

النسخة التجريبية من اوردرات على الويب تحفظ بياناتها في متصفحك فقط، ويحذفها مسح بيانات المتصفح. لمزيد من التفاصيل، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

Delete your data

You can ask Orderat to delete your data at any time. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you are a business owner using Orderat

1. Email alishehab.tech@gmail.com from the email address on your Orderat account, with the subject "Delete my Orderat data".
2. Say whether you want the whole account deleted, or only connected WhatsApp or Instagram data.
3. We delete your account, orders, products, messages, screenshots and voice notes within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

Before deletion, you can ask us for a copy of your orders.

To stop new messages from WhatsApp or Instagram

• WhatsApp: in your Meta business settings, remove Orderat from the apps connected to your WhatsApp Business account.
• Instagram: in the Instagram app, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Orderat.
• Facebook Login: in Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Orderat.

Removing access stops new messages. It does not delete data we already hold, so email us to delete it.

If you messaged a business that uses Orderat

1. Email alishehab.tech@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Orderat data".
2. Include your WhatsApp number or Instagram username and the name of the business you messaged.
3. We delete your messages and order details from Orderat within 30 days and confirm by email. We also tell the business, because it may keep its own records.

You can also contact the business directly.

The Orderat web demo stores its data only in your browser, and clearing your browser data deletes it. For more detail, see the privacy policy.
