Hayati is a life-simulation game. This policy explains what happens with your information when you play it.

Offline by default. Hayati is fully playable without creating an account. Your life story, wallet and settings are saved on your device. Nothing about how you play is sent anywhere unless you choose to create an optional account (below) or an ad is shown (below).

Optional account. You may choose to create an account to back up your save to the cloud and play across devices. This is handled by Supabase, our backend provider. If you create an account, we store: your email address (or the identifier your sign-in provider gives us for Google/Apple sign-in), and your game save data (your character's life state, wallet balance, and entitlements such as purchased items). We do not ask for your real name, address, or phone number, and the game never uses your real family name for in-game characters.

Ads. Hayati shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the game free. On iOS, the first time the game wants to show a personalized ad, Apple's system will ask for your permission to be tracked across apps ("App Tracking Transparency"). You can say no — the game and its ads work either way; declining only means ads may be less relevant to you, not that you see fewer of them or that anything else in the game changes. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, general location (such as country), and ad interaction data, under Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Purchases. In-app purchases (removing ads, "Wasta Pass," and coin packs) are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details — the store providers process payment directly, and we only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made, so we can unlock what you paid for.

What we don't do. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers named above (Supabase for optional account storage, Google AdMob for ads, Apple/Google for purchases), each acting under their own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Your choices. You can play entirely offline and skip the account feature. You can decline App Tracking Transparency on iOS. You can delete your account and cloud save data at any time by contacting alishehab.tech@gmail.com — we will delete your account row and save data within a reasonable time.

Children. Hayati is rated for a general audience with mild, cartoonish life-simulation themes; it is not directed at young children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
